Early Life, Education and Career
Neeraj Sir was born in the holy city of Baidyanath Dham Deoghar, Jharkhand, into a family of businessmen. His father was a small businessman and his mother, a housewife. Neeraj Sir’s schooling in St. Francis School, Jasidih and Jawahar Vidhya Mandir, Ranchi fueled his passion for learning and teaching.
Neeraj Sir holds multiple academic degrees which he pursued with passion to learn and excel in academic research and teaching. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics (Honors) from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, where he graduated with top honors. Later, he went on to pursue his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. During his time at IIT, Neeraj Sir developed a keen interest in Science and Technology, and the role it plays in shaping the future of the nation.
Neeraj Sir started his corporate job in American MNCs in Mumbai. He worked as a Product Manager and Research Scientist in the Biomedical Industry. Later, he joined Legal Process Outsourcing American company H5 and worked as Research Analyst. During this time, he decided to pursue an LL.B. degree from Mumbai University to specialize in legal practice in corporate law and IPR law. He completed his LL.B. degree and joined the Bar Council of India as an advocate and legal consultant. He shifted his legal practice to Delhi where he is a practicing advocate in IPR field in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi high Court.
Neeraj Sir’s passion to research, teach and create awareness on Environmental issues motivated him to study and acquire LL.M. degree in Environmental Law, Energy and Climate Change from O.P.Jindal Global Law School in collaboration with WWF-India and M.Tech. degree in Environmental Engineering from BITS Pilani. He consistently tours various national parks, sanctuaries, biosphere reserves, tiger reserves, wetlands and other protected areas to document ecosystems and wildlife. He works with various environmental organizations and NGOs at national and international levels.
Besides, Neeraj Sir also holds an M.A. degree in Security and Defence Law from NALSAR, Hyderabad and Two Post-Graduate Diplomas in IPR Law and Cyber Law from NLSIU, Bangalore.
Neeraj Sir still continues to study with passion in different fields of academics and research.

Neeraj Sir began his career as an Educator in leading coaching institutes in Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore and other cities of India. He has taught Science and Technology, Environment, Disaster Management, Geography and Agriculture in Vajiram & Ravi, Vision IAS, Drishti IAS, Dhyeya IAS, Byjus, and many reputed institutes in Delhi. He is presently associated with Allen Ace, Iqra IAS, Narayana IAS, Chaitanya IAS, 21st Century IAS, Apti Plus, Dr. Rajkumar IAS Academy and many institutes pan India. His natural flair for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts quickly garnered attention. In 2011, Neeraj Sir founded ‘The Nachiketa Initiative for Environment, Science and Technology’ (NEST), a premier UPSC, State Civil Services, and other Competitive exams Education Awareness and Mentorship Programme in Delhi. The initiative’s success was unprecedented, thanks to Neeraj Sir exceptional teaching skills and innovative methodologies. His approach of combining traditional classroom teaching with modern techniques, such as online resources, webinars, and video lectures, has set a benchmark in the industry.
